Już niebawem budynek dawnego internatu, który mieści się przy ulicy Kutrowskiego w Oławie, całkowicie odmieni swój wygląd zewnętrzny, a także zmniejszy pobór energii cieplnej. Wszystko to za sprawą termomodernizacji, która ruszyła z końcem września. Na przedsięwzięcie inwestor zadania, czyli samorząd Powiatu Oławskiego, otrzyma dofinansowane z funduszy norweskich

Powiat Oławski przekazał w dniu 26 września plac budowy wykonawcy, firmie Komtech z Nowego Sącza, wyłonionej w postępowaniu przetargowym. Obecnie rozstawiono rusztowania przy budynkach, w których funkcjonują: Zespół Placówek Resocjalizacyjno – Socjoterapeutycznych w Oławie, Powiatowy Inspektorat Nadzoru Budowlanego w Oławie oraz Biblioteka Pedagogiczna. Ściany zewnętrzne obiektu pokrywane są styropianem. Całkowity koszt przedsięwzięcia to 1.255.088,42 zł. Na poprawę efektywności energetycznej obiektu samorząd powiatowy pozyskał środki z Mechanizmu Finansowego Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego 2009-2014. W związku z powyższym inwestor uzyska maksymalne wnioskowane wsparcie, w wysokości 1.115.024 zł, co stanowi 80% kosztów modernizacji. Zgodnie z harmonogramem prac wykonawca ma czas na zrealizowanie przedsięwzięcia do końca listopada br.

– Konsekwencją niedostatecznej izolacyjności termicznej budynków jest ich wysokie zapotrzebowanie na energię do ogrzewania. Dotyczy to szczególnie obiektów zbudowanych wiele lat temu, gdy przepisy dopuszczały rozwiązania, które dziś nie spełniałyby norm związanych z ciepłochłonnością – mówi starosta Zdzisław Brezdeń. – Celem i główną korzyścią realizowanej termomodernizacji jest zmniejszenie kosztów ogrzewania poprzez ograniczenie zużycia energii. Dodatkowo poprzez ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynek uzyska odświeżony, estetyczny wygląd.

Former dormitory building thermal efficiency improvement commences

Very soon, the former dormitory building that is located at ulica Kutrowskiego in Oława will completely change its external appearance and will also decrease its heat consumption. All thanks to the thermal efficiency improvement, which commenced towards the end of September. For the performance of the undertaking, the project investor, namely the Oława County self-government, will receive co-financing from the Norwegian funds

On 26 September, the Oława County handed over the construction site to the contractor, Komtech company, from Nowy Sącz, as selected through a tendering procedure. Currently, scaffolding has been put up near the building, in which the following operate: the Resocialisation and Sociotherapeutic Facilities in Oława, the County Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Oława and the Pedagogic Library. The external walls of the facility are being covered in styrofoam. The total cost of the undertaking is PLN 1,255,088.42. For the purpose of improving the facility’s energy efficiency, the County self-government obtained the funds from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009-2014. In connection with the foregoing, the investor will receive the maximum aid applied for in the amount of PLN 1,115,024, which constitutes 80% of the modernisation costs. In accordance with the schedule of works, the contractor has time until the end of November of this year to carry out the undertaking.

“The consequence of the insufficient thermal insulation of the buildings is their high energy demand in terms of heating. In particular, this applies to the facilities that were built many years ago, when the regulations allowed for solutions that would not meet the standards related to heat absorption,” says the starost, Zdzisław Brezdeń. “The aim and the main advantage of the thermal efficiency improvement carried out is decreasing the costs of heating by limiting the energy consumption. In addition, by the thermal insulation of the external walls, the building will achieve a more fresh and aesthetic look.”
