Jeśli warunki pogodowe znacząco się nie pogorszą, do końca listopada potrwa termomodernizacja budynku dawnego internatu, który mieści się przy ulicy Kutrowskiego w Oławie. W efekcie obiekt nie tylko odmieni swój wygląd zewnętrzny, ale także zmniejszy się w nim pobór energii cieplnej. Na przedsięwzięcie inwestor zadania, czyli samorząd Powiatu Oławskiego, otrzymał dofinansowane z funduszy norweskich

Ocieplone styropianem ściany zewnętrzne są już malowane. Wewnątrz budynku także dzieje się dużo - wymieniono instalację grzewczą i większość okien, wstawiono nowe kaloryfery. Z postępami prac zapoznał się w dniu 3 listopada starosta Zdzisław Brezdeń, podczas wizyty w remontowanym obiekcie. Starosta spotkał się z przedstawicielami wykonawcy przedsięwzięcia, wyłonionej w postępowaniu przetargowym firmy Komtech z Nowego Sącza.

W remontowanym budynku funkcjonują: Zespół Placówek Resocjalizacyjno – Socjoterapeutycznych w Oławie, Powiatowy Inspektorat Nadzoru Budowlanego w Oławie oraz Biblioteka Pedagogiczna. Całkowity koszt przedsięwzięcia to 1.255.088,42 zł. Na poprawę efektywności energetycznej obiektu samorząd powiatowy pozyskał środki z Mechanizmu Finansowego Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego 2009-2014. W związku z powyższym inwestor uzyskał maksymalne wnioskowane wsparcie, w wysokości 1.115.024 zł, co stanowi 80% kosztów modernizacji. Zgodnie z harmonogramem prac wykonawca ma czas na zrealizowanie przedsięwzięcia do końca listopada br.

– Firma wykonująca remont dawnego internatu wykorzystuje każdy dzień dobrej pogody, aby jak najsprawniej i zgodnie z umową zakończyć prace budowlane – mówi starosta Zdzisław Brezdeń. – Kolejne termomodernizacje, realizowane w obiektach zarządzanych przez samorząd powiatowy, przyczyniają się do osiągnięcia efektu ekologicznego. Przede wszystkim jednak ograniczone zostaną wydatki z budżetu, bo budynki będą potrzebować mniej energii do ogrzania, co bezpośrednio przełoży się na niższe rachunki. Polepszy się także estetyka obiektu i jego otoczenia, a jest to równie ważne, bo wpływa na poprawę wizerunku miasta – podsumowuje starosta.

Construction works in the former dormitory according to the plan

If the weather conditions do not significantly worsen, the thermal efficiency improvement of the former dormitory building, which is located at ul. Kutrowskiego in Oława, will last until the end of November. As a result, the facility will not only change its external appearance, but also its heating power consumption will decrease. For the performance of the undertaking, the project investor, namely the Oława County self-government, has received co-financing from the Norwegian funds

The styrofoam-insulated external walls are already being painted. A lot is happening also inside the building. The heating system has been replaced and the majority of windows. New radiators have been installed. On 3 November, Zdzisław Brezdeń, the staroste, checked the work progress during his visit to the facility being renovated. The staroste met with the representatives of the contractor of the project, Komtech company from Nowy Sącz, as selected in a tendering procedure.

The following operate in the building under renovation: the Resocialization and Sociotherapeutic Facilities in Oława, the County Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Oława and the Pedagogic Library. The total cost of the undertaking is PLN 1,255,088.42. For the purpose of improving the facility’s energy efficiency, the County self-government obtained the funds from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009-2014. In connection with the foregoing, the investor has received the maximum aid applied for in the amount of PLN 1,115,024, which constitutes 80% of the modernisation costs. In accordance with the schedule of works, the contractor has time until the end of November of this year to carry out the undertaking.

The company carrying out the renovation of the former dormitory is using every day of good weather in order to complete the construction works in the most efficient way possible and in accordance with the contract,” says the starost, Zdzisław Brezdeń. “The subsequent thermal efficiency improvements carried out in the facilities managed by the County self-government contribute to accomplishing the ecological effect. Above all, however, the disbursements from the budget will be limited, as the buildings will need less energy for heating, which, in turn, will directly translate to lower bills. Also, the aesthetics of the facility and of its surroundings will improve, and this is equally important, as it has influence on improving the town image,” sums up the starost.
